Now it's over...

I said my blog fast was over and twenty days later I blog again...what's that about? I've been subbing a ton. Last week I subbed for CAD, Spanish, Physical Science, English and Social Studies. The Spanish class were all freshman and they asked if I knew Spanish. I said, "Enchilada, Tostada, Chili Releno." They were wowed. I've really enjoyed hanging out with the teachers and students. I've been playing flag football on Tuesdays and Thursdays for the teacher team in the student club. My body has been pretty mad at me with all of the quick movements.

We've been attending a Vineyard church when I'm not speaking somewhere else. It suits us pretty well. The worship is good and their focus is about Going to the Lost, Loving the Marginalized and Living as God's Kids. I spoke at a church this morning that's not far from our house. I really struggled with what I was supposed to speak about, but I think it all worked out pretty well.

7 WEEKS and Counting! It's hard to believe that we'll be bringing a baby home in such a short number of weeks. I still have to paint the crib and pick up a "rubber boobie," but other than that it's go time! Mom's doing great and still growing. We'll graduate from our birthing class next week and I can't wait to be done with that. There are some things I just don't want to know. The video we watched was like a bad Jaws movie or should I say, a worse Jaws movie? Feeling our baby move around is simply amazing. I can't get enough of that.
